Photographed on the edge
of woodland near Atherstone in Warwickshire. A worms eye view &
a rather different bluebell image to the usual massed carpet. The solitary
flower stem had to be carefully selected & was placed against the dark
of the tree trunk in the background very deliberately to make it stand out
from the crowd as much as possible & show of its beauty to greatest effect.
Not the most comfortable position to take photographs from but well
worth the effort. Photographed pre digitally on the classic Fujichrome
Velvia 50 ASA slide film using an Olympus OM2 in combination with a 90mm
Macro lens. Stuart Hewins DPAGB |
