Kelly Hall tarn is a delightful
small tarn hidden amongst the humps & hollows of Tover Back Common, just
off the A5084 which runs along the west side of Coniston Water. Pictorially
this small tree growing out of a moss covered rock in the tarn makes a wonderful
subject set as it is amongst the interesting foil of the varying textures
of the weeds in and just under the calm water surface. A pre digital
image captured on Fujichrome Velvia 50ASA slide film using a Canon 500N in
combination with a Canon 28mm - 105mm USM lens. Stuart Hewins DPAGB |
