A Lakeland tree
in full autumn glory enfolded by the sinuous curve of the dry stone wall
and sandwiched between the red tones of the dry bracken & the bright
green of the sunlit grass. Like most landscape photographs it is brought
to life by the quality of the late afternoon lighting. Photographed
on the fellside just above the village of Elterwater in November 2006 using
a Canon EOS 5D (12.6 megapixel) in combination with a Canon 29mm - 135mm
IS USM lens. |
