Slaters Bridge in Greater Langdale is deservedly the most famous and attractive pack horse bridges in the whole of the Lake District. Here seen in early April with little foliage on the background trees to compete with the beauty of it's lichen covered stonework and a warm afternoon sun ti bring out the colours and textures it can be seen at it's best. mounted on ivory or white card as appropriate and completed with
a backing board.
The board is trimmed
to fit a standard 16"x22" photographic frame.
