A wonderful tree
set against a sky of flowing high cirrus cloud. Photographed in the
Lake District on a glorious day in November 2007 from along Robin's lane on
the walk back to Ambleside from Troutbeck. The walk had started very
cloudy as I set out from Ambleside to climb Wansfel Pike then as I descended
into Troutbeck the sun came out and allowed me to get some memorable images.
Robin's Lane starts from the post office in the small village called
Low Fold and then rapidly ascends for its route around the hillside back
to my Ambleside. Canon EOS 5D (12.6 megapixel) Stuart Hewins DPAGB |
