It doesn't always
have to be a sunny day to find good images in the Lake District; in fact
often the more usual cloud , mist & rain helps to maintain the proper
mood of the place. This is an example where just a few moments calm
on Blea Tarn allowed for a memorable picture. The Langdale Pikes can
be seen in the background just managing to keep their heads clear of the
