In placing an order you are confirming that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions

1    General

1.1
Your personal details will only be used for the duration of the order and will not be passed onto any third party
1.2
Copyright of all images remains the property of Stuart Hewins Photography at all times - photographs supplied must not be copied by any process whatsoever and authorship must not be fraudulently claimed. To do so is forbidden by Act of Parliament under the Terms of the Copyright Act 1988.
1.3
Actual colours may vary from those seen on your monitor due to variations in monitor calibration over which we have no control.
1.4
Limited Edition excludes copyright owners use for personal & promotional purposes - also excludes promotional use by non-profit making organisations.
2    Delivery

2.1
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email immediately it is placed and because each photograph is produced to order cancellation of any order is not possible once this has occurred.
2.2
Photographs will be dispatched within 21 days of the order being places - this time does not include any period(s) taken up in correspondence necessary to resolve or clarify queries with yourself.  
2.3
Orders are delivered FREE but will only be accepted for UK mainland only. If you place an order for delivery outside of the UK mainland you will be contacted by email and asked to send an excess delivery charge by cheque in the post - your order will then be processed upon receipt of this payment.  If you do not wish to pay this surcharge or if the surcharge is not received within 14 days your order will be canceled and you will be refunded by cheque in the post - minus any expenses incurred in processing the transaction and making the refund..  
3    Returns

3.1
Damaged in transit or faulty photographs will be replaced or credit given - no refunds will be made.
3.2
All damaged or faulty photographs must be reported by email within 24 hours - you will be then notified of your Returns Reference number by return of email - this must be included in your returned photograph to enable us to identify it upon receipt -  failure to comply with these points may jeopardize you claim for replacement or credit.
3.3
All faulty damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 7 days in it's original packing - it is recommended that you use Special Delivery for this since proof of posting is not proof of receipt and until we receive the return it remains your property.
4    Care of your Photograph

4.1
Do not expose to direct sunlight or other strong lighting or heat e.g - do not hang above a radiator
4.2
Do not expose to extremes or humidity or temperature
4.3
Do not apply any substance to the surface. e.g.s - spray polish or varnish.
4.4
Mounted Traditional prints must be mounted in a frame behind glass.
